This home was built in the early 2000’s. The owners wanted to sell this home, and they wanted top dollar for their property. We identified a few key areas where we could drastically improve the look of the home without costing too much. The family room was painted a lighter shade of brown and the decorative ceiling drops were painted dark brown (not shown in the pictures below). It made the space seem smaller. Also, the fireplace tile-surround (owner’s wanted to keep the original mantle piee) and laminate flooring were a little outdated, so they were replaced. Carpet in the bedrooms were also replaced. The entry tiles needed to go as well. The house sold for higher than the realtor originally anticipated.
