This condo was on the fourth floor of a low-rise condo building, built in the late 1980’s. The layout for this condo was a little cramped, and there were a lot of belongings in the unit; workspace for the crew was at a premium. Also, it’s always a challenge when the home owners are living in the unit while work is being done. Nevertheless, the owners were very happy how things turned out.
