This project was managed by Azara Homes Ltd. from start to finish. We attribute the exceptional quality of this home to the fact that we had our own crew complete concrete forming and framing—the precedent was set from the foundation. The homeowners had a vision for a modern, bright, spacious home which could also provide supplementary rental income. This is an impressive home with a rental suite in the basement and two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom laneway home, 2 car garage attached. The homeowners even have a media room with built-in sound in the basement for themselves. Lifestyle wasn’t compromised for the extra rental income.
